How to Prepare Dehydrated Beans

Preparation

For each kilo of dried bean you will need to add between 2 and 3 liters of water. The amount of water to add is discretionary to obtain a consistency more or less thick; it may be accompanied with cheese, onions, chorizo, or the ingredients that give the special touch for your special taste.

Production

Depending on the dish that the beans are to be included in the consistency can be varied, therefore it is possible to modify the amount of water to be added, and establish proportional ways to modify performance. Then, for each kg of dried beans, you can go from 2 liters of water for 3 kg. of ready to consume beans. (thick consistency: minimum recommended) up to 3 liters of water to get 4 kg. of beans (light consistency.) See the table below.
